TRANSIT ALLOWED FOR CUSTOMERS
Autorimessa Europa, since February 15, 2017, has been integrated into the ZTL of Trento. The possibility of accessing a guarded parking lot in the heart of the city is an exclusive service for our customers, including those who wish to park for a short time.
By way of exception to the ban, transit to reach the parking lot is authorized via the access on via Galileo Galilei (roundabout at the fountain in largo Porta Nuova).
The license plates of vehicles that have entered Autorimessa Europa will be automatically transmitted to the system and removed from the list of those that passed through the via Galileo Galilei gate without authorization.
Near the gate there is signage providing information on the availability of parking spaces and some service indications (hours, etc.).
In the parking lot, the license plate of vehicles is automatically registered when the entry ticket is collected; it is the customer's responsibility to check its accuracy. At the time of payment, a receipt is issued indicating the vehicle's license plate and transit data. The receipt must be kept, in case of sanction errors, within the terms of the law (usually at least 90 days).
Please note that vehicle keys must be handed over to the staff, vehicles with protruding loads (bike racks, even if folded) are not accepted, parking space availability for very large vehicles (SUVs, vans, or minibuses) is not guaranteed, and please check the availability of spaces and the opening hours indicated on our panel at the relevant Z.T.L. gate.
